How long does delivery take?
We deliver across all seven UAE emirates, usually within 1–3 working days of order confirmation. Central Dubai and Abu Dhabi orders often arrive in 1–2 working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You can request a return or a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as it is unused, unwashed and has its original tags and packaging. Eligible UAE returns and your first size exchange are collected free of charge. Email info@motionandgear.com to get started.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
No, not at the moment. We deliver to all seven UAE emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No, cash on delivery isn’t available. All orders are paid online at checkout using one of the available payment methods.
